Can I track my order?
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when their order ships, which includes the USPS tracking number. To track your package, go to the link that was emailed, enter your tracking number, and press the track button to get shipment details. Tracking will not be available on international orders.

When can I expect my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and another 3-5 business days for delivery in the United States. I am unaware of the international shipping time, due to the possibility of customs holding the package, etc. There is no shipment on Saturdays or Sundays. If your order has not arrived within the previously mentioned timeline guidelines, please track your package and contact the post office for all inquiries. 

What shipping carrier do you use?
Shipment will be with USPS.

REFUNDS
“I don’t want this pin anymore. My cat jumped on my keyboard and ordered it by accident. Can I get a refund or have an exchange for a new color/product?”

Returns for credit, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted. All sales are final. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed all information in your order prior to completing your purchase, including your name, billing and shipping address, e-mail address, and telephone number.

Can I contact you directly with any questions?

Can I use PayPal?
NEO TOKYO PINS currently does not accept PayPal payment. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Does my billing and shipping address have to match?
Currently, we require that your billing and shipping address match, in order to prevent credit card fraud.

I live outside of the United States. Can I place an order?
Yes, we ship worldwide! There will be no way of providing a tracking number for the package, once it leaves the United States. Your package could get held up at customs, become missing/lost. Please check with your local post office for further tracking information and inquiries. 

Do you sell wholesale?
NEO TOKYO PINS does not sell wholesale.
